I believe you can do only one. Either get 10 HP or think action. It's important to note that the 10hp is not an action, so you can do it at any time. Even when you are already doing an action or you have to do a mandatory action. In those situations you might not have the option to do the think action to block only one card for the HP.
Hi, there are reflex cards that when drawn allow you to return a card you just drew back to the deck. Can that include the reflex card itself? So when moving with only this card in the deck I can move for free? Doesn't seem right.
