Missing "stop take card" symbol?

In
Port Bile, on card 633, there is a visit action for card 631
. The visit action does not have the typical stop taking a card icon. 491b8b89fa86e94e3bf54e822bf6b5f7.jpg
This would allow for continuous past reset and use of the visit action
with betting (12+ knowledge) to win all 099s, all 049s, and all 149s.

Seems like the answer is to assume the stop taking card icon should be there, and we are playing it as such. We could leave the town and reset, but that at least requires going through events and using cards.
