The consequence is the last part of the action and should be done after all of the other things including rolling a die for each selected item

I just checked and my Improvize is discarded after use. Maybe you use a different character.

Yep my mistake. Didn't occur to me that there might be differences between characters

You reset the game completely and take a new leaflet. You have to begin each threat with A new beginning scenario
