I am also Aus based, so distribution through Aetherworks. My pledge manager had the same issue as yours, the tracking info didn't get populated. However ~1 day after the PM shipping notification I received tracking info from AusPost/it showed up on my AusPost app.
I actually got sent an extra copy of my pledge, weirdly. I've contacted Aetherworks and am returning the extra. I hope it's not a widespread issue leading to some people missing out on their pledges!
