Card clarification/ situational icon

In the scenario, captive on Dadachaeme Awakening we came across card 364 (A0922)

the card references a situational icon that looks like a castle or stronghold. stating

When a character performs a Recovery, if the icon
cannot be seen on their Terrain card, they must take a
230
card or, if it is not available, read
430
(if they are performing an action, do not apply this effect until the action is finished).
When a character becomes unconscious, if the cannot be seen on their Terrain card, read
icon
430



I know the icon that is being referenced is most likely rare on the terrain cards. Can someone give me an example of what this would look like? Would it be excessively obvious that that icon is present? I just wanna be more prepared for the next play through as this is the point we met our demise

The icon isn't hide. You'll could see it in a corner of some Terrain card. No trick here. ;-)
