[No Error] Error on Card 226 Backs?

Just noticed the backs on the green 226 cards (A0718 and A0719) have a different background image than the standard green card backs. These cards are from the base game box and not an expansion. Is this a mistake or is there a reason they are printed this way? (If there is a reason, I don't need to know what the reason is thumb )
