Hello, just bought 7th citadel and before I start playing wan’t to be sure I get the rules correct.
On page 15 of the rule book the compound action is explained. I’ve got a question about the gearing up before the mandatory compound action. The card with the mandatory compound action was a flip during the consequence step in the turn of “ludovic”. He makes Bruno the active player and he “gear’s up”. If you are playing solo can you gear up again? Because that would mean that you can get gear up twice in one turn. Hope to get some help and thks Posté
Hello :)
Each turn, the players can choose any of them as the active player. Changing is not mandatory, except is the Creature has the Epic trait (See red banner on Citadel leaflet ![]() So, in solo mode (with one character), you are the Active player for each Action. Note : In a Compound Action (mandatory or not), each try is a Action T7Continent : T7Citadel : Posté
Thks for the solution, I’ll apply it in my first game.
I still find it confusing because the flipping was a part of action resolution steps and from the resolve the action(page 10) and only after resolving the 4 steps a new turn begins. If feels like taking an unfair gear up. Maybe I have to read it again. Thks and enjoy Posté

![]() So we repeat the 4 steps on page 10 each turn, included the Gear up of the Step #3. T7Continent : T7Citadel : |
