1) The skill (?) symbol, does it include the R-skills, too? Or only the plane ones?

2) What does the effect actually do? Do you draw 4 additional ones to choose from? Draw 8, choose 2?
Or do you on top of the draw 4 choose 2 draw another 4 choose 1?

My Interpretation would be that it only applies to the Symbols without R and makes them draw 8, choose 2.


And maybe strategy related:

This seems like a good building to get in the very beginning, since you have to start destiny at the center. But as a noob Player I don't think I have the knowledge to really get directly output/power boost, e.g. compared to starting with an extra weapon. Let me know what you think about this.

1/ It only concerns the Advanced Skills, as detailed in the Building description and on the Destiny page.
2/ Draw 8, choose 2.
