[No error] A0636

Am I supposed to discard/return A0636 after using it or at the end of the scenario? I found no indication of so, so I kept it as it is a
Quest card
, and in fact I also used it in following scenarios.

And then, I've been given A0422 which makes me think I should not have A0636 in my possession. What went wrong?

At the beginning of the Epilogue, you are instructed that if you have a
"Return to the Citadel"
card, you must discard it. :)
