Hello,
what does "
the 011 card and the 166 card are available
" mean.
Where they have to be available? In the player area or somewhere in the storage box?
Is a card available if I have it equipped? I guess for me it is available to use if I have it equipped.

Hello and welcome to this forum ! -)

"To be available" means "you can see at least one card with this number in the storage box".
It's the same for this picto card_if_available.

So available is always @storage box (and of course not banished or discarded)
