Question about Purse Storage?

So a buddy and I have played a few game so far and have collected some decent purse cards. However tomorrow we are including 2 more people to join us. But we are going from 2 players to 4. Now as per the rules that reduces our weight limit with items we have. Both of us were at out max weight when we finished out last game and went back to the citadel. Now when we start this next game with 4 people we will not be able to have all of those items. My question is do we have a "Storage" system in the citadel where we can drop items off and re equip our characters in later adventures? Or maybe later on if these 2 new players leave, their items can stockpile at the citadel to be used later if/when they play again?

There is no storage at the Citadel. What you can do is to give some items to the new players at the beginning of the game following the rules. Remember you can exceed your purse weight limit until you want to do the move action action_move
