I finished all three Threats and so far only encountered one Parcel to deliver card by interacting with a
Link
. The last stretch goal unlocked 4 such a card. Any hint, where can I find the other three?

I found 2, but don’t remember where.
Both
were bad.

told the receiver to attack me
