Hi, I don't know if this question was asked already, but I cannot find answer anywhere.

Can I use effects of the drawn cards or only their stars and icons?

Only stars, icons and reflex card effects.

Thanks. Is this official clarification or stated somewhere in the rulebook or just your interpretation of the rules?
