Are temporary blessings and weaknesses returned/discarded between scenarios?

Hello,

TEMPORARY is just another keyword that makes no specific effect in the rule. But you maybe find another text (on a card or in a book) that ask to do something with cards, like discard it.
Without explicit instruction, temporary blessings and weaknesses follow rules for these type : card_type_purse
==> You keep it for the new scenario (except instructions).
