Hi, I don't know if this question was asked already, but I cannot find answer anywhere.

Can I use effects of the drawn cards or only their stars and icons?

Only stars, icons and reflex card effects.

Thank you. Is this official clarification or stated somewhere in the rulebook or your interpretation of the rules?

Yes, it is in the rulebook where the action resolution is explained, specifically at step 3C.

Please read the instruction carefully - the step 3C is as follows: 'The active player may apply effects of one or more of their cards...' there is a list of different card types that can be used in '()' ending with 'etc.' So the list is not exhaustive.
That's why I'm asking if it is your interpretation of this rule or official clarification from some other source?
Or am I missing something, cause I cannot find any rule that blocks using effects of drawn card?

How patronising... you sure I am the one not reading carefully?
It is clearly specified you use the card_type_skill cards in your hand for effects. Otherwise it wouldn't be specified if you could use any action card. Cards drawn from action deck have only the result area active, this is also in the rulebook if you can read carefully.

Why asking for the clarification of the confusing rules is patronizing?
I gave a reason why this section of the rules can be interpreted differently - it is not exhaustive list. Yes, it states that you can use hand cards, but it ends with 'etc.'
Also where in the rules it states that 'Cards drawn from action deck have only the result area active' ?
I can see that the successes and class icons are obtained from the drawn cards - but there is no rule saying that we cannot use the effects of the drawn cards.

Firebird - thank you for the rules overview video, but also can you please state that we cannot use the effects from drawn cards, so we can have official clarification and end this discussion.
